How to Make a Fall Floral Bouquet Out of an Oven Mitt

DIY's· Fall

27 Aug

I’ve recreated the old oven mitt craft and made a fall floral oven mitt! Of course, I had to add the sunflowers. I would love to show you how to make this, but you’ll need some things. But I truly hope you love this and recreate your own!

In addition to that, here’s what you’ll need:
  • Hot glue gun
  • Sunflowers/ Fall floral
  • Oven mitt
  • Moss
  • Burlap and Ribbon

Firstly, take some tissue paper or filler of your choice and stuff it into the oven mitt. You’ll then begin to put your floral into the oven mitt. After that, add some moss to the base of the flowers for an added touch.

Secondly, you’ll make a cute bow to go on your fall floral oven mitt. Afterwards, you’ll make this bow by stacking different length ribbon. Then, take a jute string and pull it up underneath and tie it all together. The next step is to make a bow from raffia and hot glue it to the middle of your bow.

Thirdly, I added a sunflower embellishment to the middle of the completed bow. You’ll then have to hot glue the bow to the side of the oven mitt.

Fourthly, I created a small burlap hoop so that you can hang up your fall floral oven mitt bouquet. Finally, you have your completed fall floral oven mitt bouquet. It was a super easy, quick, and fun DIY.
