How to Make a Mini Scarecrow Girl!

DIY's· Fall· Home Decor

28 Sep

Not too long ago, I made a scarecrow girl, you all seemed to love it! So of course, I had to make a mini scarecrow girl for her! She is so cute and fairly simple to make, and so I’d love for you to check it out. Don’t forget you can watch the replay video below!

Firstly, let’s get you a supply list:
  • Hot glue gun
  • Fabric
  • Mini pumpkins
  • Paint
  • Mini hats
  • Marker
  • Beads
  • Pipe cleaners
  • Paint

Secondly, you’ll begin by painting one of your mini pumpkins white. These two mini pumpkins will be your body of your mini scarecrow girl. And after you have painted it, you can take your other mini pumpkin and cover it in a fabric you like. Personally, I chose a cheetah print but you can chose whatever you’d like! Afterwards, grab some pipe cleaners and make her legs and arms! For her legs, you’ll add some beads but make sure they are small. Then, hot glue the arms around the middle of the pumpkins, cut out some black fabric for her gloves and boots; then hot glue them to her feet and hands!

Thirdly, give her a little face, hair with a hat, and nose! Your scarecrow girl is coming together. After, you can see in the photo that I added a little bow with a sunflower by her collar. You’re welcome to do that as well, but it’s optional.

Finally, you have your completed scarecrow girl! She is super cute, and matches her momma perfectly! I hope you love this DIY, please check out the rest of the blog for more like this! We are also on social media, which you can follow along on by clicking the icon on the side.
