How to make a simple Easter Wreath

Crafts· DIY's· Holidays· Spring

24 Mar

One of my favorite ways to celebrate the different holidays is to hang a festive wreath. Today, I will be sharing with you guys a simple Easter wreath that is extremely versatile. This DIY Easter wreath is the perfect way to say ”Happy Easter” to your friends, neighbors and family. As always, you can watch the video replay below, don’t forget to comment #replay on the video so we know you saw it! Now lets get into the craft, all you need is what’s listed below..

Supplies for Easter Wreath.
FIRSTLY, LETS GET YOU A SUPPLY LIST:
  • Bicycle Wheel
  • Assorted Floral (from Dollar Tree)
  • Spring Bunny (from Walmart)
  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Pipe Cleaners
  • Scissors
Step one for making Easter Wreath.
SECONDLY, LETS GET INTO MAKING THE CRAFT:

You will start by laying out the floral on top of the bicycle wheel. I took the floral and arranged it going down and around the wheel. Once I decided how I was going to place the floral, I began cutting and layering it. Afterwords, I began glueing the floral to the wheel to hold it in place. Another option you have is to take small pieces of pipe cleaner and wrap the floral around the wheel. Make sure when placing the floral that you leave enough room for your middle piece. To finalize this Easter wreath, I grabbed my spring bunny and determined how I wanted to place it on the wheel..

THIRDLY, LETS PUT THE FINISHING TOUCHES ON THE Easter Wreath:

As seen in the video, I decided to place the spring bunny in the middle of the wheel. Placing the floral around the sides. I used pipe cleaner to wrap the bunny around the wheel allowing me to easily remove it. Afterwords, I made sure that the spring bunny was secure and in place. I already had a small loop attached to the spring bunny but you could always attach it to the wheel if your middle piece does not already have a loop.
