Do you love a cute and simple Fourth of July craft? Today I will be sharing with you how I took Easter carrots from the Dollar Tree and turned them into cute Fourth of July firecrackers. These are perfect for a dough bowl or any where you want to sprinkle them around the house. I love repurposing items and I couldn’t believe how cute they turned out. As always, you can watch the video replay below, don’t forget to comment #replay on the video so we know you saw it! Now lets get into the craft, all you need is what’s listed below..

SECONDLY, LETS GET INTO MAKING THE CRAFT:

First, I started this Fourth of July craft by taking one of my carrots and wrapping a piece of my jean fabric around it. I used my glue throughout this process to secure the fabric stayed into place. Afterwords, I grabbed my stars and began glueing them to the top of the carrot. Then it was onto the next carrot repeating the same step but with a different style fabric.

THIRDLY, LETS PUT THE FINISHING TOUCHES ON THIS FOURTH OF July Craft:

This Fourth of July craft really is so simple. I repeated the above steps with a total of 3 carrots. I used different fabric but glued the wired stars to the top. This really created that firecracker look. Once I had my 3 finished firecrackers, I took some string and tied them together and made a bow. I repeated these same steps with 3 additional carrots. Creating 2 packs of Fourth of July firecrackers.

FINALLY, YOU HAVE MADE A fourth of july craft:

Finally you have made a super simple Fourth of July craft. This craft took me less than 15 minutes to make and I was able to repurpose my Easter decor. My favorite part about this DIY is that you can truly sprinkle these firecrackers any where you want. I ended up placing mine with other patriotic decor and I love it!  Overall it’s a simple and a budget friendly Fourth of July idea. I hope you love this idea and that it inspired you.
