I absolutely love Fourth of July home decor, it symbolizes so much, and its beautiful! The bright red, whites and blues are so gorgeous with other decor in the home. Today, I have made a Fourth of July home decor piece, a hot plate! It could also be used as a farmhouse riser or just decoration. Before we get into the tutorial, remember, you can watch the video replay below. Now, let’s get a supply list and start crafting!

irstly, here’s what you’ll need for your Fourth of July Home decor:
- Waverly Wax Paint (Walmart)
- Waverly White Chalk Paint (Walmart)
- 4 Wooden Beads (Dollar Tree)
- Floral Napkin (buy it here: )
- Dish-Washer Safe Mod Podge (Walmart)
- Glass plate (Dollar Tree)

econdly, you’ll peel your napkin!
Separate your napkin so it becomes a 1 plie design. You can easily do this by putting a bit of glue on your fingers and gently pressing onto the napkin. Then, gently pull your fingers from the napkin and it should separate. Afterwards, put some glue down on the glass plate. Once you’ve done that, you can place your design (make sure you’ve cut excess napkin off of it) and lay it down. Use a heat gun OR allow it to air dry for some time. After it has air dried or been dried, add another layer of mod podge and allow it to dry. Let’s move on to the next step in making your Fourth of July Home Decor.

Thirdly, paint your wood beads!
The next steps are very easy! Take your white paint and coat the back of your plate. This helps the design pop better! Of course, let it dry once youve painted! You may also need a second coat. After you’ve done that, you’ll want to paint your beads with the waverly wax paint. You can then glue them to the bottom of your plate!

Lastly, put your fourth of July home decor up!
Now, you have a super cute Fourth of July Home Decor riser to put up in your home! It is so cute and fits right in with the season. I hope you loved this craft, make sure you check out the blog for more like this! We are also on social media, follow us for more crafting content!
