- Wooden acorns (leftover from fall)

SECONDLY, LETS GET INTO MAKING THE CRAFT:
You will start this craft by using white paint to cover the wood piece. I used a light to medium amount of paint to give it that farmhouse look. I even took a little bit of black paint around the edges, giving it that rustic appearance. While the paint was drying I took 4 wooden acorns and painted them black. Next, I took my glue and layered a light amount onto the top of my wood piece with a paint brush. Afterwords, I took my bee napkin and cut out the deco podge pieces. This napkin is from one of the bee themed sets from my shop.

THIRDLY, LETS PUT THE FINISHING TOUCHES ON THIS BEE farmhouse riser:
I then placed the napkin pieces onto the top of the wood. Once they were placed to my liking, I used glue and a paint brush to secure the napkin onto the wood. I used a paper towel to push down the napkin pieces down into place and to wipe away any excess glue. After that, I grabbed my 4 wooden acorns pieces and glued them to the bottom 4 corners of my wood piece, creating legs. Finally, I flipped my wood piece back over and sealed the napkin with a little bit of deco podge.

FINALLY, YOU HAVE MADE A BEE Farmhouse Riser:
I use my drying gun and then take one final look to make sure everything is to my liking. Now you have made a beautiful bee farmhouse riser. I have made several bee DIYs this year and this riser was the perfect center piece for all of the DIYs. As seen in the video, I added my little bee home and bee flower pot DIYs to the riser. I love how this bee farmhouse riser turned out and I am loving my little shelf of bee decor. I hope you guys love this Bee home decor. Please check out our blog for more DIY crafts like this.
