How to make DIY Garden Decor

I am so excited to show you how to make this DIY Garden Decor! It is simple and can easily double as a spring and summer wreath. We really love our spring crafts. Shovel
Pipe Cleaners

Flowers
Lemon Decor
Paint (Black)
Sand Paper
Hot Glue Gun

Secondly, let’s start by using sand paper to sand the shaft of the shovel. Once you finish sanding, you can start painting. I would wait for the shaft to dry before painting the blade of the shovel. For my shovel I painted ”Home Is Where My Herd Is.” This little shovel is honestly perfect for this spring craft. Afterwords, I cut the end of the stems and the sepal off the flowers and then began grouping them together on top of the shovel. I wrapped pipe cleaner around the flowers, and used the hot glue gun to keep the flowers in place on the shaft. I even included some of the sepal I had originally cut off the flowers to make it pop even more. To finalize the shaft of the shovel I took 3 types of ribbon and created a bow using pipe cleaner…

As seen in the video I cut and adjusted the pieces of ribbon to make the perfect bow. I really love how the 3 types of ribbon turned out intertwined together. Make sure to fluff and cut the bows to your liking and then use pipe cleaner to tie it around the top of the shovel. Afterwards, you will take the lemons and begin placing them in the flowers. I used 3 lemons and then adjusted everything to make sure it would stay put.

Finally, I take one final look to make sure everything is placed to my liking and then you have made the perfect DIY garden decor.
