How to Make Shabby Chic Stacked Pumpkins

Crafts· DIY's· Fall

16 Jul

Shabby Chic Pumpkins are definitely in this Fall and of course I had to make my own. In addition to that, I found these mini pumpkins that came in a pack of three. Moreover, with fall right around the corner, I knew I could create an amazing shabby chic pumpkins craft! And with that, let’s get into the craft. Also, remember, you can always watch the video replay below.

Firstly, here’s what you’ll need:
  • Pack of three pumpkins
  • White and Brown paint
  • Paint brush
  • Pliers or scissor
  • Moss
  • Hot glue gun
  • Fake flowers/faded greenery

In order to begin this shabby chic pumpkins craft, you’ll want to paint the pumpkins white, making sure it’s a very thin coat of paint, allowing for the washed out look. I then added a hint of brown paint to add a bit of a shadowed/rustic look.

Secondly, hot glue your moss to the bottom and middle of the pumpkins. You can also trim any excess moss that seems to be sticking out too much. Using the moss in the middle to stack them gives the pumpkin patch appearance, which I love.

Thirdly, add the extras to the pumpkin stack. Moreover, I added a small shabby wreath wrap, and a raffia bow. I also put some sticker pearls and florettes. And there you have it, shabby chic pumpkins in a stack!

Finally, I hope you love this craft. With fall right around the corner, there will be many more like this coming soon, so make sure you’re checking out the blog for more! In the meantime, read a few others like this one below.
