Porch Makeover from the Dollar Tree

Porch Makeover:

Hi Friends!

Now that the holidays are over, and spring is right around the corner, I decided to makeover my porch.

I wanted something classic, cute, and above all, budget friendly. As you can see above, I already have a bench on my front porch. I just picked up a few items at the dollar tree and created an amazing, fun, gathering place!

What you will need:

For this porch makeover, you will need the following from the dollar tree:

Florals of your choice

Fence in Spring area

Wreath

Wire

Hot glue ( gorilla glue)

Ribbon of choice

Scissors

Floral cutters

First,  we are going to use the fence. I bought two pieces. These are plastic and work well outside.

Cut off the tags.

Next cut off the side loops.

Then, place gorilla glue down each end and match up the fence together upsidedown.
Hold in place to bond
Next, take the wreath you selected and make a hanger for it. By this, I mean a way to hang it or attach it to your fence.

Next, pick out the flowers you would like to use in your wreath.
Lay them out temperarily and figure out how you want your floral arrangement to look.
Next, I started working on my bow. I wanted something nuetral since I am using colors in my floral arrangement. Below is a picture tutorial, but you can also find the tutrial video here.
To continue…

I used floral wire to attach my flowers and my bow to the wreath.

I just used the arrangement as I wanted it.

I also detached some roses from their stems and attached them directly to the fence itself for some added fun!

Next I wanted to spruce up the topiary trees I already have on my porch.

I just clipped the rose buds off the same as I did on the fence and placed them in the trees. Finally, I tied a bow in the center.

The last thing I did was attach my wreath to my gate.

Thats it! Here is the final result of of my spring Dollar Tree Porch Makeover!
